Easier to state than a list of what we will.
No fragrance, at all
Not "naturally fragranced" and not masked with an essential oil. Fragrance is the most common cause of the irritation half our range exists to settle, so none of the four contains any.
No clinical claim without a trial
A cream can be pleasant, absorbing and well-formulated without being clinically proven. Where a claim would need a study we have not run, it is not on the carton.
No routine you do not need
Four products is the whole range and most people need two of them. If you ask which, we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is neither.
No percentage theatre
Actives are at the concentration the evidence supports rather than the one that sounds impressive. A 20% vitamin C that stings is not twice as good as a 10% that does not.

A short range is a decision, not a limitation. Four products means every batch is made in one room by people who can tell you what changed between this batch and the last, and it means we are not selling you a step you do not need in order to fill out a routine. The full formulation is printed on the carton rather than a marketing extract of it, in descending order, with the percentages of the actives that have them.

Kaolin rather than bentonite, so it does not strip.

Emulsifies properly. Removes sunscreen in one pass.
What people say after a second bottle
I bought the serum first and they emailed to say that for what I had described, the cream was the one that would help and the serum probably would not. They talked me out of the more expensive product. That is why I am on my third jar.
It actually emulsifies. Every other cleansing oil I have used smears sunscreen around my face and this one takes it off in one pass, which I did not think was a real difference until it was.
The carton lists everything, in order, with the percentages. I have sensitive skin and reactive rosacea and being able to read the whole formula before buying is the entire reason I tried them.
We tell you when a batch changes
Which is about four times a year. Ring or message and we will say what is in the current one and when the next is poured — there is no list to join, because there is nothing launching.
